A truly stylish new model!
The new Cap Camarat 555 will premier at the Barcelona Boat Show, beginning on the 8th of November,
before appearing at the Paris Boat Show.
Designed by the Garroni Designers and the Jeanneau Design team, the Cap Camarat 555 is a 5.5-
metre open model created to offer features normally found on larger models (6 to 6.5 metres).
PRESS RELEASE
Key innovations aboard the Cap Camarat 555 include the following.
A design that is…
Attractive. The overall silhouette and design of the
central console are very similar to those of the Cap
Camarat 635.
Contemporary. The deck lines are sinuous and
elongated; the wraparound windshield features deep
curves on the two sides; the luxurious upholstered
seating is generously sized; and the new instrument
panel is both functional and elegant.
A deck plan that is…
Secure. 700 mm of depth in the cockpit, long built-in stainless steel handrails, stainless-steel wraparound
side rails, and a large anchor locker.
Spacious. Pivoting rear bench seating frees up space, along with removable rear corner seats, wide,
asymmetrical sidedecks (widest at portside), and generous storage spaces.
Comfortable. A U-shaped forward saloon with bench seating forward of the console can be transformed
into a large sundeck, while the wide centre console can be accessed by a sliding door.
Handling at sea that is…
High-performance. The tapered V-shaped hull (16° / 36°) offers an exceptional performance (over knots
with 120 HP) and very good handling in tight manoeuvres (well defined hull chines).
Comfortable. The tulip-shaped hull results in a perfect deflection in the chop and assures excellent
stability while at anchor.
