We would like to introduce a recent listing with our brokerage, Super Maramu built by the famous Amel Yard. She is 16 mts. in length although a noteable feature being her ease of handling by only two people.    Those of you that think that the Sun always shines in the med ….well here is evidence that it doesn´t! although what ever the weather its a beautifull landscape. The wind in Calpe  was blowing at about 40 mph when this photograph was taken but the air temperature was in excess of 24 degrees, not to bad for November 08.

Calpe enjoys about 320 days of sunshine each year so to be honest a change to English weather is not unpleasant especialy when its blown in via Africa.

I’m delighted to offer a 2001 Beneteau clipper 473 called White Hatter berthed in our marina . She is a 2 owner yacht in superb condition. I am happy to have had the opportunity to make new friends with her current owners.
